Q. How quickly will I receive my goods once I have placed and paid for my order?
A. Goods are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will also receive an email to confirm when they are shipped.
Q. If my order responds with a "failed message - contact store administration", what should I do?
A. Normally this may occur if your payment method has been unsuccessful, eg incorrect credit card details entered. To resolve this, you can either re-enter your order and credit card details ensuring you check these carefully. Alternatively, you can send us an email via sales@bags4me.com.au and advise us of other payment method eg Direct Deposit or PayPal. If you are still unsure, just give us a call on 02 4981 4323.
